These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of palakorn.com ("the Site") and the freelance software engineering services offered through it, operated by Palakorn Voramongkol ("we", "us").

By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

The content on this site — text, graphics, code samples, project descriptions, and blog articles — is provided for general informational purposes. You may read, share, and link to public pages freely, with proper attribution and a link back.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Site in any unlawful manner or in violation of others' rights.
• Disrupt the normal operation of the Site or its servers.
• Run automated scraping at a rate that burdens the server (please respect robots.txt).
